Suddenly at his home on May 24, 2014. Dave, in his 50th year, loving husband of the late Esther Van Hamme-Blevins. Will be sadly missed by his cherished daughters Evelyn and Olivia. Loving brother of Susan Blevins, Debra Perigo (Robert), Colleen Fowler (Bert), Karen D'Souza (Vince). Dave will be remembered by many other family and friends. All will be received at the Holy Spirit Parish, 650 Essa Rd., Barrie, Ontario on Thursday May 29, 2014 from 10:00 am until time of complete funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.
