KESNER, Joseph Edgar
March 15, 1941-June 20, 2015
Passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer at RVH with his loving wife by his side. Joe Kesner of Barrie in his 75th year. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Jean (formerly of Arnprior), his children Gerry (Sheri) of Lakewood Colorado, and Pam Hebert (Craig) and his cherished granddaughters Emily and Sarah of Cobourg ON.
Joe grew up in West Virginia, son of the late Samuel and Hazel Kesner. He was also predeceased by his twin Gerry, brothers Robert and Harold, and sisters Blanche Rocha and Wenona Deuitch. He will be fondly remembered and loved by his many in-laws, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
Cremation has taken place. Private family arrangements are being made.
Special thanks extended to the RVH Oncology Team, the compassionate staff of ICU and the many medical professionals who contributed to Joe's excellent care during the past 13 years.
