After a long struggle, Joseph Kot passed peacefully in his own home on October 16th, 2017 at the age of 71. Father of Tabitha. Predeceased by his parents Kazimiera and Stefan. Survived by his sister Rosie, niece Pam and nephew David. Cremation has taken place, with private family arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie. In memory of Joseph, please take a moment of reflection near the water, or to just admire nature, and imagine that he had simply hung a note saying: “Gone fishin’.”
