Mayo, Joyce Mary
Was born in Ottawa on October 1st, 1944 and passed away peacefully in Barrie on May 4th, 2022 in her 78th year at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. Daughter of the Late Frank and Angelina Mayo. Loving sister of the late Carol Peters, Frank Mayo and Diane Barker. Joyce was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by many but never forgotten. Cremation has taken place and arrangements are entrusted to Steckley – Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, Ontario. Joyce was a lover of sports. She loves to spend her time watching and playing her favorite sport of golf. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the R.V.H Foundation or your local hospital would be greatly appreciated by her family.
