Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Royal Victoria Hospital , Barrie on Sunday October 30, 2011 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Linda. Dear father of Lorraine, Pauline, Steven and his wife Stephanie, and Christopher and his wife Susan. Brother of Elizabeth. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his grandchildren Kacha, Joshua, Shannon, Lila and Taiye. Julius will be missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends will be recieved at the Steckly-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minets Point Road, Barrie on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel on Saturday at 4 p.m. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
