Peacefully surrounded by her family at Woods Park Home, Barrie on April 2nd, 2014in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Ernest. Dear mother of Robert (Vicki), Beverley, Brenda Nail (Gary) and Stephen. Pre deceased by son Richard. Beloved grandmother of Erin (Richard), Sara, Heather, Fiona, Emily, John, Maggie, Helen and great grandmother of Mateo and Violet. Predeceased by grandson Michael. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Homes 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie on Monday April 7th 2014 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. A mass of Christian burial will then follow at St. John Vianney Catholic Church 13 Baldwin Lane, Barrie at 1 pm. A reception will follow the mass. Interment will take place in the spring at Barrie Union cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Kay's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society and are greatly appreciated.
