Mandley, Kelly Lynn – Passed away at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, on Thursday July 16, 2009. Kelly was 39 years old. Beloved wife of Stacey Mandley. Loving mother to James Petrovicz and Travis Mandley. Beloved daughter of Heather and Gary Lockman. Beloved sister of Sherry West, Sean Lockman and Keith Lockman.
