Peacefully at home on March 24, 2013. Leighton, predeceased by his loving wife Nancy (nee Wright) and his son Leon. Survived by his daughter Brenda (Ron) and son Brian (Dianne). Grandfather of Matthew, Daniel, Mackenzie, Dylan and Britney.
Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie (705-721-9921) from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 28, 2013. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully received.
