Liam's family wishes to share the heartbreaking news of his passing. Liam's life was filled with adventure, skiing, dirt biking, a love of the outdoors and the mountains in BC, music, and any other activities that were risky and scared his mother!
Liam leaves behind his loving parents Ann and Ande Harknett, as well as his brothers and sisters: Kerry (Mike), Luke (Brittney), Becky, Justin, Scott (Danielle), his twin brother Quinn (Lexi), Aydan, Tif and Carter. Loving uncle to Rhys and Rory, and he was looking forward to getting to know baby Vincent. He also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Liam will be greatly missed by those closest to him, including Marissa and his many friends.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Saturday, September 16th, 2023 from 12 PM until the time we celebrate Liam's life in the Chapel at 2 PM. Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception gathering in the lounge.
Liam was a passionate skier. In lieu of flowers, if anyone wishes to make a donation in Liam's honour to Big White Ski Patrol or the Canadian Mental Health Association, we thank you for that.
