Peacefully at Chester Village Care Centre in Scarborough on Monday, January 29th, 2018 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Smith of Barrie. Dear mother of Robert Smith (Joanne) and Colleen Bentley (Steven). Loving grandmother of David and Cameron, and step-grandmother of Rachel. Dear sister of Leonard Bailey, of the late Elsie McCandless (Eaton), Victor Bailey, Muriel McCandless, Leslie Bailey and Florence Bailey. Cremation has taken place. Our heartfelt thanks to all the caregivers at the Waterford Residence in Barrie an Chester Village in Scarborough for the respectful care and compassionate friendship shown to our Mother.
