Passed away after a valiant battle, at the Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Saturday, March 9, 2013, in her 70th year. Marilyn, beloved wife of the late David Alton. Loving mother of Dannial Talbot (Brenda) and Dorothy Tipton. Cherished grandmother of Krystal and Samantha Talbot and James and Brent Tipton. Dear sister of Jim Ferrier (Rosanne) and John Ferrier (Arlene). She will also be missed by her nieces, nephews and many, many friends. The family would like to especially thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Southlake Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion. A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion, Lefroy-Bell Ewart Branch #547, 1017 Robinson St., Lefroy, Ont, on Saturday, March 16, 2013, from 2 – 5 pm.
