Blain, Marjorie “Marj” (nee Harris)
Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Sunday September 6th, 2015, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late John Lawrence “Larry” Blain. A remarkable and loving mother of John (Linda), Nancy, Cindy (George). Proud and loving “Gramma Blain” to Derek (Laura), Matthew, Justin, Selena, Hailey, Jake and elated great gramma to newly born great grandson Remington. Survived by sister and special friend Lillian Worgan. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and other dear family members, as well as her friends in Hornepayne and Barrie. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Road on Saturday September 12th, from 12:30pm until the time of the service in the chapel at 2pm.
