BENTON, Marjorie Elsie (nee Barron)
Marjorie, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday January 16, 2015, at Roberta Place LTC in Barrie, just eight days shy of her 95th birthday. Predeceased by cherished husband Jack Benton. Beloved daughter of John Oscar, Elsie and Olive Barron. Loving mother of daughters Dianne (Jim Brown deceased), Pat (John Loughnan), Lynda (deceased) (Len Vermaas), Gloria (Paul Walter), Marcia (George D’Antimo), Dauna (Skip Reeves), Glenna (Joe Oleksinski), Debbie (Joe Clark), son John Beames (Bethany Bliley) and stepson Kevin Benton (deceased) (Joan). Grandmother to 30 grandchildren: Paul, Cori, Kathi, Scott (eldest grandchild), Todd, Kelli, Erin, Randy, Jeffery, Michelle, Debora, Brian, George, Jason, David, Taresa, Carson, Sarah, James, Lisa, Crystal, Joey, Tammy, Lisa, Laurie, Penny-Lane, Kaitlyn, Meaghan, Logan (youngest grandchild), and Carley; numerous great and great-great grandchildren, numbering close to her age. She will be carried in our hearts and minds forever, warming us with her beautiful smile. A memorial service will take place on her birthday;
