Peacefully passed at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on June 11th, 2024 at the age of 85.
Beloved wife of George Lee for 66 years. Loving mother of Terri Wilson (Matt), Laura Parker (Steve), Debbie Mistretta (Al), and Valerie Janusz (Krystian). Proud grandmother of Dean Wilson, Matthew Wilson, Christopher Wilson, Sean Parker, Cheryl Drummond, Michelle Parker, Donald Fowler, Isabella Mistretta, Jacob Mistretta, Kaden Janusz, Emilee Janusz, and great grandmother of 7.
Marlene enjoyed reading, listening to Elvis songs, and taking care of the family home.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Sunday, June 16, 2024 from 1 – 3 PM and 6 – 8 PM. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, June 17 at 1 PM. Guests are invited to remain for a reception gathering in the lounge.
