It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Maureen in Barrie, on Friday, November 23, 2012 in her 74th year. Loving wife and best friend of Norm for more than 51 years. Dear mother of Steve (Bonnie) of Kanata and Dave (Sara) of Barrie. She loved and cherished her 5 grandchildren, Alex, Ian and Neil MacLean of Kanata and Jake and Jenny MacLean of Barrie.
In keeping with Maureen's wishes, cremation has taken place and a small family service has taken place. The family plans to have a celebration of Maureen's life later in the spring of 2013. Donations in Maureen's memory to the Ontario Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice, would be greatly appreciated.
