Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Monday, May 25, 2009 in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband Manuel Figueiredo. Loving mother of Mary Hughes (Leslie) and Morris Figueiredo (Carol). Cherished grandmother of Brian Hughes, Kevin Hughes (Janice), Michelle Hughes (Randy Barnesco), Timothy Hughes, Matthew Figueiredo and Jessica Figueiredo, and 2 great-grandchildren Justin and Jasmine Hughes. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 2-4 pm. Funeral mass from St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie, on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 10:00 am. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
