Alexander, Minnie “Mindy”
Went to be with her Father in heaven, at the Royal Victoria Hospital on Monday June 25, 2012 in her 75th year. Mindy will be deeply missed by her daughters Joanne and her husband Tony, and Janice and her husband Bob. Mindy was a wonderful “Nana” to Alexandria, Melanie, Samuel and Liam. Dear friend to Betty Peterson. Also missed by her brothers Don and his wife Beth of Ottawa, and Fred and his wife Margaret of Alabama. Her compassion and sense of humour touched everyone she met. Mindy was predeceased by her husband Hilary (Alex). Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie from 2:30 p.m. on Thursday June 28, 2012 until the time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 3:30 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
