MORTON, Mona Margaret (nee Aitchison)
Peacefully surrounded by her family at Spruce Lodge in Stratford, Ontario on Saturday November 21, 2009, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late M. Douglas Morton. Predeceased by brothers Mack, Bruce, Elwood and Don. Survived by her loving sisters-in-law Ruby Aitchison and Doris (John) Hart. Dear mother of Murray (Ellen), Bruce (Carolyn) and Jean Smith (Robert). Loving grandmother of Daniel (Mary), Matthew (Erica), Andrew (Andrea), Melissa, and Brooke (Kyle). Loving great grandmother of Logan. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by many friends. Former teacher at George Brown College (Keele Street Campus), former Co-ordinator of Secretarial Science at Georgian College (Barrie, Ont.). Former choirmaster at Essa Road Presbyterian Church and Central United Church in Barrie.
