Kalamanski, Myrtle Leone (May 6, 1922 – September 18, 2013)
Peacefully passed away with her family by her side at the Coleman Care Centre, Barrie, ON. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Kalamanski. Loving mother of Barbara Gardner (Edward) and Carol Anne Dodson (Paul). Loving Nana to Michael Kelm (Karen), and Diana Hudon (John). “GG” was so proud of her three great-grandchildren Noah, Sydney and Ty. Myrtle will be sorely missed by dear friends Stella and Tom Dermott. For over thirty years until her health declined Mom lived in Sandy Cove Acres. She proudly volunteered for their Veteran's Association, catering to their many functions. She was a proud member of the Sandy Cove Red Hat Ladies. It takes a small village to help a loved one when family are far away and our family had a village of angels looking over Mom. Heartfelt thanks go to everyone who touched our lives over two difficult years. Your compassion and support of our family helped so much. Lastly the ladies of the Coleman Care Centre, thank you for the safe haven we so badly needed. A family service was held followed by cremation.
