Arnold, Nancy Eleanor R.N., M Div. It is with fierce pride and broken hearts we announce Nancy’s passing at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Thursday May 7, 2009. Nancy (nee Patton) Arnold in her 58th year leaves her wonderful husband Terry. Proud mother of her two daughters Sarah Weekes (husband Brian) and Ashley Arnold. “Nan†will be sadly missed by her two precious granddaughters Kate and Davis. Pre deceased by her parents Raymond and Norma Patton. Dear sister of Carolyn Fehr and the late Kathleen Ponomorenko (husband Larry). Daughter-in-law of Mary and the late Davis Arnold. She will be fondly remembered by her dear friends Joan Hamilton, Dorothy Sarjeant and her many relatives and friends. In her 38 year nursing career Nancy cared for countless people. Her loving spirit and compassion will be deeply missed by the residents of Simcoe Terrace Retirement Home. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home (30 Worsley St.), Barrie on Sunday May 10th, 2009 from 2-5 pm and 7-9pm. A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held in the chapel on Monday May 11th, 2009 at 11:00am. Interment Ivy Presbyterian Cemetery.
