Nelissen, Nelly (Petronella)
Released from suffering into God's loving arms in her 88th year on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Mill Creek Care Centre. Beloved wife of the late Jan Nelissen (d.2004). Loving mother of Dru, Wayne, Pamela Field and Janine Armstrong. Fondly remembered by in-laws Lynn, Natalia, Patrick and Bob. Special Oma to Deanna, Dustin, Jeff, Chris, Phill, Greg, Nicholas, Timothy and Grayden. Great-grandmother of seven. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Tuesday December 8th from 7 pm to 9 pm. A mass of Christian burial will take place the following day, Wednesday December 9th, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie, starting at 10 am. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Barrie. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Rick Hansen Foundation http://www.rickhansen.com/ would be greatly appreciated by the family.
