Passed peacefully at home on Monday July 12, 2010 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Ann. Loving father of Christine, Trevor and his fiancé Sara and Kim Stovold and her husband Ryan. Dear son of Isobel. Brother of Carolyn Boyer and her husband Michael. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Nigel was a highly respected teacher and running coach at Georgian College. A celebration of Nigel's life will be held at Georgian College, Barrie Campus (Georgian Dining Room) on Wednesday August 4, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Georgian College Scholarship Fund 1 705 728-1968 ext 1211 or Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Barrie would be appreciated.
