Paul Mota, 56 years, passed away at home on Monday, May 18, 2009, with his family by his side. Paul courageously fought cancer for 8 months and was finally set free. Paul will be forever missed by his wife of 37 years, Carole. He was a loving, generous and devoted father to Adrian, Dominic and Julie and his grand-dog Daisy. Paul will be sadly missed by his many friends and colleagues at Del Laboratories. Paul and his family wanted to sincerely thank Bayshore Home Health for all of their help in his journey and specifically recognize and thank Shawna Green for her outstanding compassion and care, who went above and beyond for him. Thank you. The family will receive friends at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point, Barrie (705) 721-1211, on Friday, May 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Saturday at 11 o’clock. If desired, in memoriam donations to World Vision would be appreciated by the family, as this was close to Paul’s heart.
