Tragically at home in Barrie, on Monday October 7th, 2013 in his 74th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda for 49 years. Cherished father of Gregory Pogue of Waterloo and Natalie (Tony) Bedard of London. Survived by his sister Beth Randall of Troy, N.Y. Predeceased by his brother John Pogue. Fondly remembered by niece Nancy Searles of Belleville. Proud Grandpa of Zachary, Emma, Evan, Reid, and Avery. Paul will be remembered by his colleagues, students and friends for his life long commitment to mathematics and education. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home 30 Worsley Street, Barrie on Wednesday October 16th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday at 11am.
