KINGSLEY, Peter – After a courageous battle with cancer, Peter Clubine Kingsley passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Hospice Simcoe, Barrie, on Monday, April 22, 2013. Peter in his 70th year, was beloved husband of 47 years of Ruth Kingsley (nee Beaty). Loving father of Kelly (Michael Piggott), Paula (Albert Big Canoe) and Derek (Joanne Kennedy). Proud grandfather of McKenna, Quinn, Kiera and Conor. Dear brother of of Gail, late John, Dawn, and Jim. Peter worked at Crown Life Insurance Company for 31 years starting in the mailroom and working his way up to Vice-President Information Services. Peter was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family.
Friends may call at STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie, on Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. In Peter's memory, donations may be made to Hospice Simcoe.
