CALHOUN, Rita (nee Tracey)
Peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, March 15th, 2011. Rita Calhoun, of Barrie, at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Calhoun. Loving mother of Donna (David) Mair, Sandra (Scooter) Jackson, Ron Calhoun and Gerry Calhoun. Cherished grandma of Correy, Michael (Nicole), Karen, Cassandra (Gerald), Nicola (Nilton), Jason (Trish). Great grandma of Taylor, Tyla and Bain. The family will receive friends at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, (705) 721-9921, on Friday from 9 – 10 AM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Friday at 10 AM. Cremation to follow. If desired, in memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
