Suddenly at home in Barrie surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Sonia. Dear son of Georgia and the late Fotios Arfanakis. Loving and devoted father of Erin, Dakota, Alexander and Samuel. Survived by sister Anna, and brothers Peter, Billy and Nicolas. Sadly missed and always remembered by his extended family members and dear friends. Guests will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Homes 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday October 1, 2014 from 2 pm. to 4 pm. and 7 pm. to 9 pm. A funeral service will take place at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, 572 Penetanguishene Road ( at Hwy. 11) on Thursday October 2nd starting at 11 am.
