Peacefully passed at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the age of 96 years. Beloved husband of the late Olivia (2016). Predeceased by his grandson Derrick Turnbull (2007) and his sister Beverly. Dear Brother-in-law of Gordon. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews of the Skidmore family along with friends and collogues from his time serving in the O.P.P as a superintendent.
