Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe on Monday March 27, 2017 in his 87th year. Treasured and much loved husband of Gloria for 50 years. Dearest father of Sandra (Robbin) Hudson, Jim, David (Wei), and Richard (Ianezza). Lovingly remembered by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Survived by brother Kevin Greeley (Yvonne), and sisters Lillian Noseworthy (Vic), and Edith Collins. Sam will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews especially Noreen (Claude) Holmes. A celebration of life gathering will take place at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie on Wednesday May 3, 2017 from 12 pm to 2 pm with words of remembrance starting at 1:30 pm.
