With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Elsie Winch, on January 2, 2017 at Mill Creek Care Centre, Barrie in her 91st year. Loving wife of Austin Winch. Cherished mother of Michael Winch. A special Anglican memorial service will be held at Mill Creek Care Centre on Saturday, January 28, 2017 starting at 1pm. Visitation from 12 noon. A reception will follow. We are most grateful for the tender and compassionate care from both medical and administration staff of Mill Creek. Cremation.
