Tate-O’Brien, Shelley Anne. On August 15th , 2009 in her 54th year, Shelley Tate-O’Brien suddenly passed. She will be missed by her four children; David Ross 37 of Alberta, Glen William 35 (Kristy) of Barrie, On, Geoffrey Michael 29 of Alberta and Ashley Dawn 25 of Ottawa, On. Loving daughter of the late Reta Stunden and Ross Tate and sister of William, the late Donald, Gwen, Debbie, Judy and Suzanne. Beloved grandmother of Tabitha and Daniel. Faithful and respected 25 yr. employee of the Canadian Red Cross as manager of finance. She will be gravely missed by her children, friends, co-workers and family. A celebration of Shelley’s life will be held at STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9pm. In lieu of flowers, donations are strongly encouraged to be made in Shelley’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society, Christmas Cheer Foundation, Food Bank, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Women’s and Children’s Crisis Centre.
