Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on November 11, 2023, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Verle Priest (2016). Loving mother of Bing, John, Mary-Jayne and Dennis. Predeceased by her parents Mercedes and William, son David William and daughter Peggy Anne Shirlie. Proud grandmother of Miranda, Sherry, Shelly, Nathan and Trevor. Will be missed by extended family members and dear friends.
In keeping with Shirlie’s wishes, there will be a private graveside service at the Minesing Union Cemetery, 1768 George Johnston Road., Minesing. Arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie.
