PREBOY, SHIRLEY IRENE (nee SCOTT)
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 9th, 2014. She will be sadly missed. Shirley Irene, at the age of 85 years of Innisfil and formerly Bracebridge, and Haileybury. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Her long career in nursing helped many lives. A strong inspiring and loving mother of John Scott Preboy (wife Robin) of Toronto, Bradley James Preboy of Innisfil, Lezlie Gwendolyne Preboy (William S. Brown) and Jeffrey David Preboy (Janet Donaldson) all of Toronto. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Mia Skye, Aaron, Gabriel, Shane, Renee, Hayley, Devon and her great-grandchild Mercedes. Dear sister of the late Warren (wife Ruth), late Barb (husband Herb). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME (201 Minet’s Point Road at Yonge Street) Barrie, on Wednesday, Jaunary 15, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church in Barrie on Thursday, January 16th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.
