Callus, Steven (January 18, 1987 to May 18, 2012)
Died suddenly in his sleep due to health conditions while with his family on a stopover in London, England, on route to his two week dream vacation to research his paternal ancestry in Malta. Proud father to the love of his life, daughter Madison, age 6. Precious son of Valerie and Phil Callus. Brother, best friend and sidekick of David Callus. Dear Grandson of Carol (deceased) & Charlie Wright (Margo), Phil & Jenny Callus (both deceased), and Tom & Betty Curry. Dear nephew of Rose Marie & Stephen Kerton, Joe & Julie Callus, Michael & Margaret Curry, Len Wright (Judy), Angela Brown (Larry) and Debbie Gollop. Great nephew of Fr. Ted Fournier (deceased May 15, 2012), and Ron & Alice Fournier. A great source of laughter and joy to his wonderful cousins. Steve attended the three year Child and Youth Worker program at Georgian College, had worked over the years at RVH, The Barrie Young People's Centre, and Georgian College Residence. He had a great love and knowledge of history, world events and geography. He had an ability to make others laugh and truly believed in family. A celebration of life will be held at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home Chapel, 30 Worsley Street Barrie, at 1pm on Saturday, June 16th, 2012.
