It is with deepest sorrow and anguish that I announce the passing of my dear husband, my friend and lover of 39 years, the father of our children, John (Stephanie), Philip (Lisa) and Alaina (Michael), proud papa of Braden, James and Ziya. Brother of Maggie, Gerry and Pauline. Thomas passed away on Sunday, January 8th, 2017, surrounded by his family. Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Road, Barrie, on Wednesday January 11th from 7pm – 9pm, Thursday January 12th from 2pm – 4pm, and 7pm – 9pm. A funeral mass will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Barrie on Friday January 13th at 10am. Interment on Saturday January 14th at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lindsay Ontario, at 11am.
