DRISCOLL, T.  Reginald (Founder and President of Albarrie Canada Limited)

With deep sadness, the family regretfully announces the peaceful passing away of T. Reginald “Reg” Driscoll at the Serenity Retirement Home on October 31, 2024, at the age of 97. Reg is predeceased by his daughter Teresa and his loving wife Edith. He is survived by their three children Tom, Margaret (Kevin), and Leah (Louise) and their grandchildren Ryan, Nathan (Nancy), Sean, Mackenzie, Madison (Devan), Quincy, Hannah (Josh), Lucie, and Sheilagh.

Friends will be received at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 7 - 9 PM, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10 AM on Thursday, November 7 at St. Mary's Parish, 65 Amelia St., Barrie. Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception luncheon in the Parish Hall. An interment will follow at the St. Mary’s Cemetery, 208 Sunnidale Rd., Barrie where all guests are welcome.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Serenity Retirement Home for their generous care and compassion throughout his time with them. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations in Reg's memory may be made to St Vincent de Paul of St. Mary's Parish,  Canadian Mental Health Association of Barrie, Hospice Simcoe, or the Women and Children’s Shelter of Barrie, would be greatly appreciated by the family. A Livestream of the Funeral Mass will be made available at the St. Mary’s Church Facebook page.
