BOND, Valerie:
Passed peacefully at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland on Sunday, November 28, 2010 in her 88th year. Valerie raised her family in Bradford and was the housekeeper at Holy Martyr’s of Japan Roman Catholic Church for Father Cerrone. She later moved to Barrie to continue as housekeeper for St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church. Friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minets Point Road, Barrie on Wednesday from 7 – 9pm. Funeral mass at St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church, 13 Baldwin Lane, Barrie on Thursday at 12 noon. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
