Lawrence, Valerie Constance (1935 – 2013)
After a long battle with cancer, Valerie (nee Davis) passed away on her birthday, February 3rd, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late David who passed away suddenly in 2003 shortly before moving to Barrie. Valerie will be deeply missed by her sons Steven and Philip, and her daughters Barbara and Hilary and her grandson John. She had sharp sense of humour, and was extensively involved with the Designers Group, the Red Hat Society and the British Club. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie on Thursday, February 7, 2013, from 2-4 pm.
