Passed away at the I.O.O.F. Nursing Home, on Saturday, March 28th, 2009. Allan Jewell, beloved husband of the late Aileen (nee McCarthy) in his 82nd year. Loving step-father of Bonnie Young of Barrie, Paul (Gayle) Steele of Woodstock, Madeline (Keith) Hall of Barrie and Richard (Linda) Steele of Thamesford. Cherished grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 6. The family will receive friends at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point, Barrie (705) 721-1211 on Wednesday, April 1st from 10 AM until the time of service at 11 o’clock. Interment at Innisvale Cemetery to follow. If desired, in memoriam donations to the I.O.O.F.
