Passed away at home on Saturday December 4, 2010 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Joyce. Loving and devoted father of Karen and her husband David McCuaig, Nancy Hillock, Kevin and his wife Amanda and Paul. Father-in-law of Keith Martin. Predeceased by his daughter Sandra and son-in-law Bill Hillock. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his grandchildren Cory, Erin, Amy, Chad, Matthew, Brittney, Carter and Anastasia. Great grandfather of Ayden, Dylan, Austin and Ava. Predeceased by his sisters Gladys and Mary and Brothers Jim, Bob and Cecil. Friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minets Point Road, Barrie on Wednesday December 8, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Thomas Cemetery, Shanty Bay.
