It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Virginia (Ginny) Lippert in her 86th year, surrounded by her family, at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie on Monday, October 13, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Lippert for 51 years. Dearly missed by her children Jane (Bob Teschke) Lippert, Allan (Deborah Luke) Lippert, Laurie Lippert and Elizabeth (David) Hill. Survived by her sister Alma Simpson and brother Gerry Koller. Predeceased by her brother Carl Koller. Proud Grandmother of Angela, Jennifer, Erin, Adam, Alexandra, Emma and G.G. to Kalan, Jaden and Enasjah. Ginny will be sadly missed by extended family members and friends. Guests will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home 201 Minet's Point Road, Barrie on Wednesday October 15th, 2014 from 7 pm. to 9 pm. A funeral mass will take place on Thursday October 16th, at St. John Vianney Catholic church, 13 Baldwin Lane, Barrie at 10:30 am, followed by a reception/luncheon at the church. In lieu of flowers and at Virginia's request, a Mass Card offering or a donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association are appreciated.
