Suddenly at his home in Ivy on Saturday, September 5, 2015 in his 75th year. Loving husband of Marg for 54 years, cherished father of Terry (Gina), Troy (Kelly), Lorrie (Rob), and amazing, caring Poppa of Brayden, Dawson, Kendra and Kyle. Visitation is being held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Road, Barrie, on Tuesday, September 8th from 7pm until 9pm and on Wednesday, September 9th from 10 am until the time of service in the chapel at 11 am. Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception in the lounge with burial at Thornton Union Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
