It is with great sadness we announce our loving husband and father passed away today March 13, 2012. Bill was much loved by his wife Margaret of 63 years and four daughters, Joanne (Mitch), Nancy (Mark), Susan (Ken),and Cathy (Les). Bill was a warm involved grandfather to 11 grandchildren – Darryl, Wayne, Tim, Eric, Amanda, Brad, Pamela, Nicole, Collette, Keith and Brock, as well as 3 great grandchildren Lucas, MacKenzie and Emma. He will be missed by all. Friends may call at the Steckley – Gooderham Funeral Home 201 Minets's Point Rd., on Friday March 16th from 12 noon until funeral service in the chapel at 1 o'clock. Cremation to follow. Please join family and friends in a celebration of Bill's life at Sandy Cove Acres “The Spoke” after the service. As requested by the family, in lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
