Peacefully passed away with his family by his side at Hospice Simcoe on Monday, February 24, 2014 in his 93rd year. Wray, beloved husband of Madelene (nee Hall) and the late Julia (nee Subacius). Loving father of Judith Ann (Richard), Barbara Beth (Fred), Sylvia Faith (Ron) the late Peter Wray and step-father of Jim (Selmo), Brenda (Bruce), Paul and Edward. Cherished grandfather of Mathew (Chelsea), Richard Todd (Marina), Trevor (Rochelle), Natalyee (Lionel), Jennifer (Kris), Katherine (Adam), David (Michelle), Jeffery (Amanda), Shannon and great grandfather of Joshua, Ashlee, Samantha, Alex, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Elsie and Henry. Dear brother of Ruth, Reeta (Harold), Irene, Russell (Betty) and the late Roy, Rex and Ralph. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 11 am. Spring interment at Barrie Union Cemetery. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion are asked to gather for a service in the chapel on Friday evening at 7 pm.
